About Southern Shores Hospitality

Southern Shores Hospitality is a Jacksonville-based coastal restaurant group that develops and operates waterfront dining destinations and open-air food truck parks along the Florida coast. This site is our public portfolio — a showcase for the places we run, the flagship Sandollar Restaurant on the St. Johns River, and the growing collection of coastal kitchens and gathering spaces we bring to the shoreline.

We built this site for two audiences. The first is diners: locals and visitors looking for a memorable meal near the water, from a riverside oyster bar to a laid-back food truck park with live music and a view. The second is partners and prospective hosts — property owners, culinary talent, and communities — who want to understand how we work and what we look for when we choose a new location.

Southern Shores Hospitality designs, builds, and operates every venue in our portfolio. Our team brings decades of combined experience in coastal hospitality, from kitchen and bar operations to real estate and destination development. We believe good places make great memories, and we build each location around its setting, its community, and an honest plate of fresh coastal food.
